Stop deleting my reviews Norm. Here is the carpet I was evicted for removing after asking for more than a month for replacement, with no repsonse. Update: Last photo is the same carpet that was replaced for comparison. As I said, no response for an entire month despite inquires and demands for clean carpet. They also refused to steam clean. They also refused me access to the building and my apartment, prior to me escalating and tearing the carpet out myself.
Management here sucks. They don’t open when they say they open, you can hardly ever get someone on the phone. If there is an emergency, you’re out of luck because you can’t reach them
I moved here from Washington and I really love living here my apartment is so nice and just cozy and the staff have been a blessing currently my only issue is my parking spot neighbor they park at and angle due to a pole making it difficult for me to park in my normal spot but otherwise it's been great!!
My son and I had a tour to look at a unit. It was very beautiful and the woman that showed us the unit was very polite. Great neighborhood to live in!
