Dr. Jon James is probably one of the worst Doctors, I do not recommend him at all. No compassion whatsoever just seems like in and out services at this clinic. No real connection.
Dr. Jon James just illegally dismissed a friend of mine from his practice. (Which you have to give 30 days legally) Then to be petty he called the pharmacy and cancelled all of her prescriptions she’s been taking for 5 years!! What kind of doctor does that?!! She’s been on the phone crying because it’s the weekend and she can’t even get her normal SSRI meds. Shameful!! The healthcare system needs to do better and doctors like these need to be reprimanded!
Meg Olson (NP) is such an amazing provider! She really listens to you and cares about each of her patients! Couldn’t recommend her enough
Let’s start out with Dr John James is absolutely amazing! He needs 10 stars for his amazing bed side manner, so kind, very knowledgeable, and just an incredible Dr. Today I called in for a script and was treated horribly by the receptionist. She was so rude, acted put out, and would not help me with getting my script. Completely unprofessional. Makes me really sad because I love Dr. James and this situation of being treated negatively by receptionists multiple times definitely is detouring me to find another provider :( I wo... read more
I do not understand the one star reviews, some seem to be about the front desk, I disagree there too, but really isn't this about the care you will receive? First off, when this was lone peak, I went through two different PCP. Both were just ok, not great but not bad. They both however ended up leaving Lone Peak. That place seemed to have trouble keeping staff. I then went to an IHC that was closer and that provider didn't seem to understand my concern or really care.
