I dealt with an extremely rude, unprofessional, judgmental staff member who talked down to me when I tried to get a med refill that I desperately needed.
The best thing about this place is the young lady at the front named Shawnera. She always treats me with the upmost respect.
I wrote a harsh review, felt bad and then deleted it. Well I am here to tell the truth, and I'm not going to feel bad about it. I've been with oaks for around 2 years now and they've done nothing but exasperate my problems. IF YOU HAVE A LOVED ONE SUFFERING FROM ADDICTION DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!! The so called social workers here are a joke. My abuser went here and had a social worker called Mr. Taylor and one day my abuser was well..abusing me. Throwing me around, punching me,etc. and he had called this so called social worker who laughed at me and did nothing to help me. Didn't tell him to stop, didn't call the cops..nothing. I'll never forget how he laughed and how they called me dramatic and a liar. So yeah I can only imagine how helpful their help is.
Terrible neglected me, missing documents, fake investigators,neglected not a Dr. tell you you do not need a certain amount of care HIPPA violated release forms missing yep… let you be homeless trafficked and went with dangerous individuals threats rather neglect client then know their organization is growing getting bigger… TAKING ADVANTAGE… care plans caseworkers switching wanting signature just for pay now I have no trust oh information stolen.
