I’ve lived here for quite some time, and I’m looking forward to the day I move out. If I could give zero stars, I would. Although the property manager and staff are kind, empathetic, and expedient, Oaks Hackberry Creek has gone DOWN. From old, abandoned vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.) occupying parking spaces to the litter near the dumpsters and all around the premises, I refuse to stay here another year. Recién me estoy mudando a este complejo y me siento estafada , aunque pedí ver el apartamento para el que estaba aplicando todas las veces me dijeron que no , solo me mostraron un video donde se veía que el balcón tenía vista al lago y al recibir el apartamento no es el que me mostraron en el video , también debo decir que está sumamente caro para las condiciones que tiene , todo está deteriorado y viejo , los cajones de la cocina son oscuros tanto que aunque sea de día y con luces encendidas no se ve dentro de ellos , la ca... read more
The staff is not friendly the manager belittles you the maintenance people are literally the only nice employees I can’t thank them enough but everyone else terrible. Beware if you are moving they have a strict 60 day notice and they do not remind you or include that info within any communication they give as you approach the end of your lease
