Our experience living at the Oaks condominium was terrible. Our unit was under Miami Management, and they were never helpful in any way. We had problems with ants and other bugs in the apartment, and they did not take care of it. They told us to contact pest control on our own. We had an issue with the toilet, and they took at least 2 days to reply to our request and 10 days to repair it. In addition, we had to pay for it. This condo community is becoming BETTER. Hopefully, it will get better each year
I really miss living there...
Large rooms. The 2 bedroom I am showing a friend was end unit in Excellent condition. Brand new carpet throughout, beautiful tile, washer dryer hookup and extremely large closets!
