The worst management of all, buildings are too old and rents too high, sucks!
Staff unprofessional. Everytime it rains we get flooded 2 times in the past 2 weeks. Our entire apartment gets water in it. We do not get any help from the complex. They will not help us with the clean up and sent carpet cleaners to clean carpets that my apartment does not have. The issue is due to poor drainage in this apartment complex of which they know about and will do nothing about.
So ridiculous. My place has flooded three times including today, teice in less than 2 weeks. The causes are known issues and nothing is being done. Property manager seems to never be around and when they are (ha) the manager is useless, rude and acts like my problems dont matter. Miraculously cant find the ticket from the first flood so i can contact the right people...weird since the guy on the emergency line READ THE TICKET FROM THE FIRST FLOOD OFF TO ME!!!!
