I was placed in M.O.A. in 2010. It is the worst facility ever. They were abusive to white people. hell I was thrown into a brick wall with both knees bruised and one man got on top of me and rubbed my elbow into the carpet. they made sure they weren't infront of cameras when they were abusive. My parents also bought me things and they threw them away and denied my phone calls several times. I think the place should be shut down and tore down.
