Very poor customer service and a dishonest mechanic. My father called on my behalf to inquire about an oil change using our own oil and filter for my car. Kent told my dad that the cost would be $15 which included the change and checking on fluids. When I paid for the service, Kent arbitrarily added on an extra $5 under the ambiguous title "Shop Supplies."
