Yo apenas estoy empezando, llevo solo 2 meses, soy creyente, el de mantenimiento es creyente y es una persona super!!!! Trata de lo más posible en ayudar y estar ahí....las de las oficinas son un poco difícil de sobre llevar pero nada de otro mundo que uno no pueda sobre llevar, pero del resto me encanta el lugar, es tranquilo, creo que todo el mundo está en su propio mundo y nadie molesta a nadie, y yo realmente soy de mi casa y tengo que llevar el ejemplo yo primeramente para que todos vivamos en paz
I want to share my Previous experience with anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. There are several ongoing issues that potential tenants should be aware of with cover up mold issues, water damage issues and carpets not being replaced after previous tenants moved out, all the carpets need replacement at this property. New tenants being moved in units with broken AC units and moldy smelling washing machines that are old and should have been replaced along time ago. Terrible management... it's not good at all. Mold and sh!t everywhere.. they won't repaint , they don't do a thing around here. There's always water problems. Management don't care. This really should be a place to consider only if it's your only option. Try not to stay too long
The property looks good from the outside. The bees, wasp & frogs keep you from sitting outside an enjoying a nice breeze. when you open your front door to bring groceries in flies and sometimes bees enter into your unit. This is a headache. Poor/rude management. They have never done anything to bring this community together. Elderly tenants are mistreated by office staff. They get smart with them as well as hanging the phone up on them.
