Seems as though the new management cares about rent only and not trying to find a solution as to lower the electricity cost and to put better working appliances in the home instead they are focused on the rent money meanwhile people are struggling trying to maintain teco knowing they have multiple repairs in the units. Not to happy with management, I have been assigned a meeting with harra by the front desk representative. It was for today, and it was for 1pm I went up there and was told she had taken a late lunch. Keep in mind I have been dealing with a very serious situation here. I have also been waiting patiently to speak with someone on the higher end about my complaint. I have missed work today. Very disappointed. I was told there was new management. I have been waiting around to see who can handle a complaint that ive placed about a month ago. Still no progress. I am very disappointed, I wish the owner could see these reviews. I desperately need to speak with the owner about my situation as the staff members haven't made any progress to try and solve problem. someone here took ALL of my belongings including things that were gifted by dead relatives.
I live here for 11 years. Management is working very hard. The maintenance are doing A very good job. Erick work very hard , together with the rest of maintenance. They all have a very good sprit and all of them are very respectful. In all my years here. We never had people that work so hard like they do. Management are also trying very hard to make this place ,one of the best place to live. I thanks God for all of them everyday. We as tenants need to do our part too.
