This facility and the Oaks organization lack caring staff and competent leadership. They are extremely unprofessional and have no systems in place to address issues. Our mom was a resident for over 2 years and things got worse over time. Each time we raised concerns, we were met with false hope that things would get better. She was often left soiled for hours and unattended, amongst many other issues. The Oaks at Conyers has been an answered prayer for our family. We relocated our 93 year old Mother who was living on her own in another state. From the intake with Ms. Hollie to the actual move in everything was seamless. I would not recommend sending your loved one here unless you absolutely do not care about them. The executive management of the Oaks organization, as well as the so-called leadership at this location, only want residents whose families are uninvolved. They thrive off this dynamic so they can continue operating poorly without accountability. If you raise valid concerns or ask for reasonable changes to ensure your loved one is safe and cared for, they retaliate by discharging the resident instead of addressing their lazy staff... read more
