Caught the maintenance man throwing trash and cigarette butts in my yard while he was taking a personal visit with someone while on duty when I asked him to pick up the trash he just threw down he replied " I work here, I can do that". Grass doesn't get mowed on a regular basis. The lease states a security system but there is not one. Maintenance requests never get addressed and if they do the job is never resolved. I lived at The Oaks for three years, and it truly felt like home. My experience was consistently pleasant. The staff (Michelle, Shelby, Jean) was always friendly, helpful, and professional, which made me felt welcomed. Whenever I needed maintenance, the team was quick to respond, the very same day or by the next day at the latest, which I really appreciated. My family has lived on oak point for years last night really showed me how terrible this place is getting there was a huge party outisde I could barely get through while driving kids in the street adults as well it was almost 11PM why would this place allow this kind of stuff to be going on what happened to respecting your neighborhood it seems like they just let anyone move in those duplexes Tifton apartments needs to DO BETTER!!!!
Great neighborhood to live in. Office staff and all employees communicate so well with us. It really has made our time here more enjoyable. Jean, (the office manager) has such a positive attitude and created such a welcoming atmosphere in the office for everyone who enters that office. My family and I really love where we live.
