One is WAY too many stars for this place! But you have to choose one. Stay far far away from here if you are looking to rent something. The property manager promises to get repairs and the owner David Kacir is too cheap to actually fix them. Our tile floors had glue seeping up from 1972 according to the maintenance guy that never actually finished the floors. There are SORTS of molds growing in the units. This place is horrible. They have all kinds of drug addicts and pedofiles on the property. Maintenance comes in and out of your apt without notice especially while you're not home. And if anyone who does their vacant apartment cleaning or the maintenance people don't like you they harass you and find any small infraction to enlarge so they can evict you. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
These apartments are HORRIBLE for starters the maintenance couple that's right couple are more of want to be security cops but yet they do drugs then they don't fix NOTHING I have had a broken window for 2 weeks now and I live upstairs and the broken window is in my kids(ages 9m and 2 years old) room the maintenance people have no respect for your children either really bad language making comments on how kids that live over here are hood rats perverted old men take pictures while kids play outside of the kids picture below ... read more
