Lived here when it was actually Oaks Apartments from 1997 up until February 2022. Firemark took over we got the covid renters relief the first property manager refused to sign the papers to get their money. We went before the judge and he told them since you are denying to pay it how about I just give you the apartment back without making them pay you. We’ve gone through four management companies in four years. Each progressively worse. Firemark Properties (at time of review) is current owner and is just awful. They mow once a month, don’t fix anything on these aging building and provide ZERO amenities or upgrades but year over year continue to charge more for progressively less service.
Rented here for a year.The rental company treated me great and always fix any problems I had right away.neighbors was always friendly.
