We’ve gone through four management companies in four years. Each progressively worse. Firemark Properties (at time of review) is current owner and is just awful. They mow once a month, don’t fix anything on these aging building and provide ZERO amenities or upgrades but year over year continue to charge more for progressively less service.
Rented here for a year.The rental company treated me great and always fix any problems I had right away.neighbors was always friendly.
