I’ve lived here for many years and love this place! It’s a great place to call home. My neighbors and staff are all very friendly, it feels like a family. My apartment is super cute and perfect for me, it comes with a washer and dryer so it has everything I need.
This qualifies as the criteria for condemnation. The building foundation never lets doors stay open, and popped when opening them. The mold caused us many doctor visits and costs. The maintenance gave me two light switches to install myself, when I said they were popping to turn on a fan. How is this place able to be called home when you are sick, and they want you to fix the problems? They gave us 30% of the deposit because we, “left the stove dirty”.
