Management, residents and the downtown atmosphere makes the complex an excellent environment for family and friends. The only downside is that I awake to homeless people sleeping on the benches outside of my apartment having profanity laced conversations with themselves. The north side entry of the building is where they choose to relieve themselves. I have caught grown men in the act of relieving themselves like it was an ordinary thing to do in front of a stranger.
