I have never felt this disrespected in a clothing store before. I went to Oakridge Fashions in Aurora around 5pm today for the very first time, and the experience was absolutely unpleasant. The moment we walked in, there was no greeting, no welcome — just a cold stare from the lady at the counter, who looked me up and down as if judging me. My friend and I visited the store last Monday for the first time with the anticipation of finding several unique pieces and having a wonderful shopping experience. As soon as we walked in I did NOT have that "nice to see you","welcome to our store","how can I help you" feel. My friend and I drove in morning traffic over 40 minutes each (we drove separately) to specifically go to this store.
