Every staff member I have encountered has been exceptionally empathetic. I had a traumatic experience at a different vet clinic & Oakridge took extra care to ensure my concerns were addressed this time before my pup’s dental procedure. All went well & I am extremely grateful to Dr Boyd & the entire staff. Special shoutout to Sarah for being very knowledgeable & patient every time I call with questions/concerns.
I had a procedure scheduled for my pet weeks in advance in March. They send me a confirmation text like usual which I did confirm earlier that week. But then they text me 24 hrs before that they have to reschedule because of the construction going on….I understand that there renovations so there can be limitations(which they did send an email prior but they did not state that the surgery area would be effected ) I just didn’t appreciate the last minute cancellation when I had to take time of work for this day.
I have been taking my rabbit to Oakridge Veterinary Clinic for approximately six years. The front desk staff are proficient and efficient, the veterinary technicians are kind and attentive, and the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. Appointments generally run on time and proceed smoothly. Pricing is reasonable for an exotic pet. Overall, I trust and value the care provided by Oakridge Veterinary Clinic. My rabbit gives them two paws up.
All of the personnel were very friendly. The Vet was very clear about option and what was recommended but there was no pressure to do anything if I chose not to. They were very clear about what after care should be done and when the follow up should be.
Best Vet! Aaron was gentle, patient and understanding. Highly recommend.
