My mom had an appointment this morning and said the facility was very clean and the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. She made her appointment online and was seen quickly. Her nurse Dixie was extremely helpful and administered her shot, she said she didn't feel a thing! Very professional and knowledgeable. She said she actually enjoyed her visit! Thanks to everyone who helped my mom out today!
This place is appointment only. Yet we still waited more than an hour past our appointment time to get taken back. Might as well have gone to a place that isn’t by appointment only.
Definitely not a walk in clinic. Their website states walk ins welcome, but what they don’t tell you is that you have to sign up for a time slot before you come in. Website is deceiving To reply; we were told to leave because there were not slots available. Not given the option to wait
Love the staff and doctors at this location. It is appt only so make sure you make an appt online before you go in.
