Giving this 2 stars based on the pricing. Since the great people of Burns have sold the property it has went down. The new owners barely have the grass cut and take their time fixing maintenance requests. I've been here for 3 years and im moving out. Been having a water leak for 2 weeks now. I saw two people come yet its still water leaking from the ceiling. I called due to water stains being on the wall under the breaker box and they sent the maintenance guy to spray foam. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE INN. THE LADIES FROM THE OFFICE ARE AWESOME.... THEY DUE CARE FOR THERE TENANTS.THIS APPARTMENTS ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF

The apartments/townhouses are good. The management leaves a lot to be desired. The unit and property were nice enough: It was a good experience for my first apartment. My roommate and I had a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse, which was nice because we were our own upstairs neighbors. We had an end unit so we only had neighbors on one side. It was rare, although did occasionally happen, that we heard our neighbor through the wall and, when it did happen, it was more likely to be upstairs (bedrooms) than downstairs (living/dining/kitc... read more
