My experience with Sara Wegmann and Oakridge Real Estate was negative. It’s my opinion, that I received representation that was only in the best interest of my dual agent Sara Wegmann. It’s my feeling that I was not treated honestly. One of the contingencies on my purchase agreement was not met, which was bat mitigation. There was a rough start with my particular event. I just want to say that not everything can go amoothly all the time but this agency went out of the way to help correct and explain everything. For that, I would say that they're above and beyond. The owner / manager is fantastic. They really worked with me. And I am very appreciative of that.
