I moved here from Minneapolis in 2024 and started looking for a home in 2025. My experience with Sara Wegmann and Oakridge Real Estate was negative. It’s my opinion, that I received representation that was only in the best interest of my dual agent Sara Wegmann. It’s my feeling that I was not treated honestly. One of the contingencies on my purchase agreement was not met, which was bat mitigation. All entry points were supposed to be sealed, they were not sealed and bat mitigation was not mitigated.
