Quite possibly the most middle of the road place you can get. It's not fancy but not bad, sometimes you will get a really bad neighbor but it's rly not the complex's fault. You get a little less than what you pay for but you are in a relatively safe area. Overall really a 50/50 place, not for people looking for luxury.
moved here in april this year and everything has been as described, haven’t had any issues and the management staff* is helpful when you need them. they even had a cookout for their tenants and it was awesome (& free!). for the price and the location, i personally couldn’t find a better choice
Amazing people that helped the process of moving in seemless also very kind and helpful jahnea especially was helpful in getting me set up on moving day
Have roaches. Didn't open pool this year, even though the rent went up to $1,000.
