I have lived here since June 2020 and the apartments are nice and the maintenance man Clint is awesome. He fixes things the right way and is always a phone call away for emergencies. Alissa the new apartment manager is amazing. She actually ares about us tenants and is always there to help when needed. She is nice and keeps thi ga in line here. Have lived here since Dec., 2018, but am gonna get the hell out ASAP! New management is Really making it hard to live here. No longer allowed to have any decorations, no bird feeders, flags, not even brooms out. Inspection every 3months. Our rent hasn't been put in the bank for 2 months, making it really hard to keep up a checkbook. Very stressful living here now.
Very true, reading the comments confirms my experience one day there, I never lived there but one day I passed by there and we saw the games for children and we started to play and they even told us that if we didn't live there we couldn't play hahahaha horrible racist people Hell, that's why garbage doesn't prosper, it's not for nothing that Indiana has an evil record of racism.
