My dad took his weedeater to this shop and was charged $85. Brought it home, still wasn’t working correct. He took it back and paid another $35 and still isn’t working. The worker couldn’t put a battery in a flash light much less fix anything else. This place ruined a $300 weedeater and can’t fix it!! If you want a new weedeater, take ur old one here because it’s guaranteed they will mess it up to the max!

Husband took lawnmower to be fixed and paid $84 - brought it home and it only ran 5 minutes then quit. He took it back and was told it wasn’t running because of a separate issue and would be another couple of hundred dollars to fix and was just out of pocket the first $84. We won’t be back

Oakridge has the worst customer service that I have ever received from a company. I bought a $9000 mower from them and they treat me like they don't want my business when it comes to servicing the mower. They have been very rude when I call to inquire as to when I may get my mower back and I am going to get the mower and take it somewhere else for service. The mower has been sitting at their shop for 2 weeks and they have not even looked at it!
