If you can go to any other doctor's office, do yourself a favor and go there! I'm a patient of Dr. Rai and if I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist staff is utterly useless. They didn't know how to transfer me to the correct receptionist, and actually asked me to hang up and call a different number while I was already speaking to the right receptionist for my doctor! Wonderful experience. Everyone I interacted with was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and efficient. The receptionist is great, very soft spoken so you might need to ask her to speak up, and Dr Jenny Pacursa is awesome. A brief consultation and diagnosis, exactly what my specific condition required, followed by a prescription dispensed by the onsite pharmacy had me competently and confidently out the door in less than 30mins.
