Dr Jenny is amazing doctor. I had health issues for more than a decade and no doctor wasn’t able to find out what was wrong but She was able to with just a little explanation.overall I had great experience with the clinic.
I had a really great experience at this walk-in clinic. The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained and how comfortable I felt during the visit. Overall, excellent care and wonderful staff. Highly recommend this clinic!
This Dr. Jenny Pacursa with no patience pretends to be friendly and puts on a fake smile, she came in for less than 5 minutes just to look at my injured finger and practically said nothing useful other than she will give me some antibiotics, before I could finish my decription she got up already and ready to open the door, whilst I was talking her hand was still on the door knob, this is how disrecpectful she is. The front desk girl and the guy at the pharmacy were helpful and very nice.
It was the first time in Canada that I felt truly disrespected. I will never go there again. Their only goal is money — they don’t care about our illness or our feelings.
