Very good experience, very satisfied. What a year it has been but Oakridge Homes really went above and beyond for my family. From the sales team, to the selections and our closing we were really impressed. It's a very competitive market but they accepted our offer quickly and we were able choose what we wanted in our home right away. I thought this would be overwhelming and yet looking back they really exceeded our expectations. They always responded to our concerns in a timely manner. I know it's 24 years later (we bought in 1999) but our oakridge home in puyallup has just revealed how they cut corners. During the last storm jan 2024 our siding flew off the front of the house revealing they never put up the house wrap and didn't frame out the windows, this resulted in water damage and mold, none of which our insurance company can pay on.
