Very disappointing experience with Ford Oakridge. My vehicle had ongoing battery problems with no resolution to this day and shut down twice during snowy conditions. My concerns were dismissed, and they refused to document all of my reported vehicle concerns in the service records. I have a ford plug in escape. I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Ford Oakridge. My vehicle had multiple unresolved issues, including a recall with no solution until today, battery issues, shut down in the snow (engine) twice and they refused to properly document all of my concerns during service visits. I also lost my wheel lock key during maintenance and was told Ford was not responsible, even though I had documented that I provided it.
