I moved here in February, new management, new manager, it’s very calm, quiet. No loud noises, perfect for a kid friendly community. They want to maintain cleanliness, they are redoing the pipes around the community. Very friendly, and management is very understanding if you’re willing to talk to them. Rent isn’t expensive either and even though it’s in a small village they have a DG Market and a gas station near by. never seen an organization this unorganized and incompetent in my lifetime they don’t care about troops or situations that come up in civilian life. they are unprofessional and should generally should not be running anything that has to do with housing or wellbeing. I will never lease from them ever again and will actively warn others to stay away.
Do not go to this place it is terrible they dont work with military, the current manager there (Amanda) is rude, unprofessional, and shady. I haven’t lived there for over two years and they still managed to screw pretty bad. Avoid this place by all means!
