Terrible maintenance service. Heat never worked when we first moved in because pilot would keep blowing out when my son was three months old. Calling the landlord didn't help she said to turn the oven on; (Which would just waste the electricity). The light switches spark. Parking lot is horrible can never find a spot had to park in a far spot. The landlord does not accomadate to many of your needs. Would not recommend these apartments.
Oakridge Estates Management responds to all complaints immediately. Parking is adequate and any concerns can be remedied by calling the landlord
This place does nothing! – Thia place has done nothing for a year that we so far have had parking problems with stupid people that don't listen to directions, so we are left with no place to park everytime non-residents park in our building!
