Oakridge dental provides fantastic care! I have previously had quite a few negative experiences at my former dentist and I’m so glad I switched to Oakridge. Dr. Vance did my root canal & filling and I cannot recommend him enough. He is very friendly and explains things well. I've been a patient of Oakridge Dental since I was a kid and have always felt very cared for with the staff. I primarily saw Dr. Call when I was a bit younger and have recently been seen by Dr. Vance. Being someone with a decent bit of anxiety around dental care, it can make me nervous when my "typical" changes. I had no reason to be nervous. This company claims they give you choice on what they use and claims they will send items to the insurance company but there are items they will not bill to insurance and expect you to pay for it out of pocket. They disregard the Active Duty Dental Program and do not adhere to United Concordia billing policies. Furthermore, they disregarded my instructions to only use materials that would be billed to the ADDP but they chose to withhold bonding agent from the bill and refused to provide me with an itemized bill that showed t... read more
Pros : lovely interior, convenient location, modern equipment, and kind staff. Not too much to pay for regular check ups. Cons : upselling and over treatment. When I lost a silver filling, I went to Oakridge. They were saying I had heathy gum. No cavities. Dr. Call gave me a resin filling but only did a cursory bite check, which soon caused problems and left me in pain.
