My teeth haven't felt so clean in years. The Hygienist was amazing and so was the Dentist, thanks for the free Philips sonicare toothbrush!
Leaving 2 stars as Dr. C really did help address some issues I had, but things went downhill pretty fast from there. I made it clear to the staff that I will not be coming in for any hygiene appointments because I have severe sensitivity and TMJ issues. I would have needed to arrange for time off work for the day of my appointment and the day after knowing I’d be in pain after, and I would contact them when I was ready to do that. Doctor pulled my tooth (read the whole review if you want details), then when the pain didn’t disappear he dismissed the pain as possibly “just the weather. We were sent to specialists, but no one could find anything wrong. The tooth (before extraction) looked perfect — no missed canals, no infection, clean CBCT scan, and the gums were healthy.
