My smoke detector started beeping very loud and intermittently about every 60 seconds It was about 9:30 p.m.. Matt the maintenance worker returned my call and he talked me through it over the phone on how to disarm it. There's not a battery in this particular type of smoke detector so it wasn't a matter of just changing out the battery. Matt was very patient and understanding at such a late hour in helping me to disarm this so I could sleep. I'm very thankful for his help. Matt is an awesome maintenance worker. I was not home at the time, but he he notified me when he got there to fix my issues and again notified me when he was finished. Superb customer service down in a timely manner.
This was our apartment and thanks for browsing. It got rented out.
