Quiet Neighborhood Easy access to highway Quiet neighborhood, I can get to downtown within five minutes, and I am in walking distance to the mall.
only if it's the last place first of all they don't explain your lease well. you have to get renter's insurance through them which basically covers nothing. my water bill is high considering I have a very small apt. management is not great and sometimes the people at the office are rude. they say they'll spray monthly for cockroaches, bugs but they do Not. maintenance is slow.
Long Time Resident I have lived here for 6 years now and do not intend on moving. I love the pool here I always bring my niece to swim in the summer the pool is always clean. I have had my a/c replaced and they replaced my oven the last time I renewed! The ladies are always friendly in the office! I would recommend this place!
Comfortable and worth the price I have lived here for 3 years now and have been very happy. The neighborhood is great and the area is really quiet. I have had a couple issues in my apartment but nothing the maintenance staff could not fix. The ladies in the office are always friendly. I would recommend this place!
Worst apartment ever Maintenance men take forever to fix anything and are rude when you let them know something is wrong you can't going swimming with out being harassed and questioned by the pool lady who smokes cigarettes constantly the leasing ladies are rude I hate this place can't wait till my lease is up my advice don't move here

theres somewhere better The management was nice when it came to moving in. Although now I'm feeling they took advantage of the fact we had no where to stay. We have had roaches, they have only sprayed 2x, not every Wednesday. Management is 2 faced. We have only met a few people around us, but we've had more than enough complaints for being here a month. Dryers don't dry clothes, but can't hang a clothes line. Maintenance is lazy, and you have to actually sit there and point out every little thing, or they won't fix it. The r... read more

Keep looking Maintenance does more of a patch than look at the underlying issue. My kitchen light only works when it wants to. Can't step without killing a roach/ my apt smells like bleach from the amount of cleaning I do and they spray but no changes. No assigned parking, if you get here at the wrong time of day you have to park on the other side of the complex to get to your building. Lot floods of it rains more than 20 minutes. Only apt I've ever been to that you need to give a 60 day notice to get your deposit back. Look... read more
