I lease from Gaughn. I have nothing but praise for them. But, Oakridge Advertising exaggerates a bit too. EVERY apartment I have EVER rented, had those "Property Owner Paid Utilities". That's a joke. But I am sire the people living there, at Oakridge are the problem. We have no issues here in our building.
I don't have living experience here but it was on my final list for debating where I wanted to apply. And Alysia in the office was SO amazing with me! Especially during this pandemic. I called her 3 or 4 different times with a million questions because I couldn't decide between this property and another and was trying to weigh out pros and cons. The only reason I didn't choose this one was because I decided to go with a 3 bedroom rather than 2. But otherwise everything else seemed great. If customer service is important to y... read more

Alysia rocks! I love living here.
All they care about is money. You can try to resolve issues with management, but you will likely only get "the pass the buck answers" which will lead to unanswered calls the farther down the line you go.
