I have lived at buildings managed by Cameron Properties for just a hair shy of 30 years.! Always quick to respond, and respond to maintenance requests as fast as possible. Will work with you if you run into issues. If you have an issue with your unit, your neighbors, or the grounds. fill out a request form online, and they WILL take care of the issue. BUYER BEWARE. My friends just moved out of here. Justin Cameron (managed by Gaughn companies) is demanding they move out by noon (despite the lease stating they are entitled to occupancy until 1159 pm). Claiming a cleaning fee from their deposit because they didn't pull out the stove. Claiming they dont have enough time to clean the companies objections so withholding deposit anyway. I lease from Gaughn. I have nothing but praise for them. But, Oakridge Advertising exaggerates a bit too. EVERY apartment I have EVER rented, had those "Property Owner Paid Utilities". That's a joke. But I am sire the people living there, at Oakridge are the problem. We have no issues here in our building.
I don't have living experience here but it was on my final list for debating where I wanted to apply. And Alysia in the office was SO amazing with me! Especially during this pandemic. I called her 3 or 4 different times with a million questions because I couldn't decide between this property and another and was trying to weigh out pros and cons. The only reason I didn't choose this one was because I decided to go with a 3 bedroom rather than 2. But otherwise everything else seemed great. If customer service is important to y... read more
