Truly appreciated the beautifully updated modern flooring throughout the apartment as well as the new kitchen counters and vanity in the bathroom. Service maintenance requests (when needed) were addressed in a timely manner. Having found a pet friendly complex was also a positive!
Was a very nice building quiet people were friendly landlords knew their stuff and the handyman was amazing if I needed to rent again I would go there
Overall good experience. Maintenance was always done timely.
This place sucks as bad as Cameron Property Services! Lawn always looks like crap, Owners don't want to repair anything, and the lady that showed my grand daughter the apartment, was a royal busy body witch! So glad she didn't rent here, but did at a Forest Lake location. That was even worse how she was treated!!! Stay away!!
