RecommendedI have been living here for more than 3 years now. Prevoious management weren't stellar, but ever since Carrie took over everything has been great! Only problem I ever had was when my AC went out over night. I called first thing in the morning and the matinence manager Phil and his worker Josh came within an hour of me calling. Phil has always been professional, efficient and kind whenever I needed something done. They were able to fix my AC within 3 hours! It is a beautiful apartment please it is shaded with those trees and I am about 200 feet turn on the pool and it’s a gated community very nice apartment
Always clean and people were great. I never had any issues here at all
Constantly changing policy. One person says one thing, the other says something different and then the first person says something completely different. Unprofessional and terrible service since cam took over. Maintenance has gone down hill as well!
