Oak place apts is the most incompetent apartments Ever... DO NOT RENT HERE This is most complicated application for an apartment i ever seen.. I Spent 2 days and hours on the phone going back and forth with them about providing them information and fees they said they needed just for them to tell me that my application is gonna be processed and " most likely denied " because they did not recieve all the information that i was trying to give them.....i filed a charge back with my bank for the application fee and told them to ... read more
