YOU’LL GET TIRED OF COMPLAINING! NOT WORTH MY MONEY! 1. On their website we saw beautiful pictures with updated lights, chandeliers, even stainless steel appliances, pool, gym BUT we were moving from NYC & couldn’t see the apartment before we moved in here. On the outside it’s nice, beautiful pond, wild animals like goose, ducks, super quiet. But I’m pissed off at this point. 1. Poor Rental agent Very poor leasing agent attitude, I was ready to lease a unit that day as I do not have a place of my own after a tree fell on my house so I stopped and she said she could not get to me on that day ( Saturday) to come back next week ,, so I went all the way back the following Monday and she is sitting there talking to the (Mail Lady) and tells me if i came for a tour , she couldn't get to me. Not a very good customer relations toward someone that had the checkbook and ready to lease.

Oakmonte Apartment Homes Best rental complex in the whole area. Beautifully laid out and maintained. Washers and dryers in each unit, private entrances, attached garages, surrounded by beautiful homes, close to shopping and restaurants. Fantastic rental staff immediately attends to all your needs and goes above and beyond to satisfy its tenants. I have lived here for almost 5 years with no complaints. Tennis court, swimming pool, and beautiful clubhouse. Highly recommend!
Green Peace Awesome second level, two bedroom, two bath apartment with a balcony overlooking a pond that contains a variety of wild bird life, including a crane! Enjoy your morning coffee taking in the lush, green trees and water view before heading off to the office, that is a short commute away. Best apartments in all of Webster When we were moving back "home" in Jan 1023 our daughter helped us find the roomiest complex in all of Webster. We had to take a 2nd floor at first but in Jan of 2015 we moved to a first floor one building over. The BEST feature is the vast amount of GREEN SPACE we have as well as the other amenities such as the club house with a top notch exercise room.
