Oakmont should be ashamed - Consistent lack of respect for their tenants, staff members, and neighbors alike. Consistent trash, noise, and disturbances regarding machinery and construction around their premises during all hours of the day and week. Constant reports to management staff were left unanswered and denied due to lack of budget and understaffing. Do not expect any sort of quality service or timely response for any matter big or small from their organization as a whole, especially after you already signed the lease!
DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE AS OF 2026. Their facilities have deteriorated and staff members have repeatedly misleading, evasive, and downright lied. My most recent conversation included them stating there are “too many projects and not enough money for maintenance” when I spoke with them on a recorded line. And they are suppose to be responsible for the vulnerable population??
