Janell is a great property manager. Very responsive and great communication. My only concern is the parking hopefully one day they will do assigned parking because people that don’t have parking permits utilizes the paved areas people have a lot of guests over and their guests are not utilizing the guests parking areas. Coming home from working all day I should be able to park close to my home not all these cars that don’t even live here. Definitely the best property management company in Fayetteville. Quick, clear communication and is very attentive to tenant’s needs. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a property manager.
Office manager, Janelle Has been a wonderful person from the beginning My move in She’s always been courteous and professional and she seems to be a great mom.. As for the ground keepers/Maintenance.. I would give the upkeep of the property and response to any Repairs that I needed to be address was done Expediently and professional Simply to say, these guys were the best all around, and I am enjoyed them Kind /Courteous/And professional To Oakmont properties I give you two thumbs up You’re the best
I would not give any stars, but couldn't leave a review. Do not rent anything from her, she is a liar, and will not communicate with you effectively, money hungry, and will not fix anything. She do let drugs in the neighborhood, even while on Section 8 housing, and they are allowed to keep good working people up all night, and then they call her and lie on you.
