I lived here from 2020 to 2024. I love this place. I would recommend this location and CJL units to ANYONE. When I first moved in, it was difficult to find open lot parking and I lived in the back where theres much less foot traffic. Eventually I added 2 garages which were extremely affordable. I love the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were very prompt with maintanence, respectful and very friendly people. If I did not buy my own property, I'd still be renting here. One of the best apartments I have lived. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the lack of control of heat as it would often get very hot, but it was free so it is hard to complain too much. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. A few minutes to downtown Scranton and a minute from a nice walk around Lake Scranton. I would highly recommend this place.
The apartments are very nice and spacious. They are located on a quiet street and everyone is respectful. The landlords are extremely nice and accommodating. They are always available should an issue arise and fix any issue within the same day. I have loved my experience here for the last few years!
