My mother moved into Oakmont of El Dorado Hills in mid-October 2025. We gave notice she was moving out in early April 2026 although our decision was made a few months prior. All trust was lost within the first 3 months of her arrival, and this review is to help others who are considering Oakmont of El Dorado Hills for the care of their loved ones. I have a poor relationship with my grandmother and even then I still regret sending her here. The times I visited I saw utensils with old food scraps stuck like glue and smelled like mildew left overnight in a sink. Elderly people are already compromised in terms of health. Hygeine standards need improvement.
The key helped out with my father-in-law for a little over 2 1/2 years. They did an amazing job. The caregivers were always very attentive and thoughtful, and whenever we needed help from anyone in the office, Brian was always there to help us.
I love it here. Everyone is very nice and helpful!
I have never had a problem here, it’s been perfect! Everyone is very generous and helpful and I love to meet new people!
