I took my mom to tour Oakmont of Carmichael a couple of weeks ago as we’re looking for a place for my grandmother, and we had a very positive experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with compassion and friendliness from the staff. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming and took the time to answer our questions, which made the visit feel comfortable and not rushed. We have had an excellent experience with oakmont of Carmicheal! My grandma moved into the facility in January from another oakmont. This facility has exceeded my expectations and my grandma is very happy here. All the workers are wonderful! I would name them by name, but there are so many that stand out with excellent service who always go above and beyond each and every time. You can truly tell they love working there.
You can tell this community is well-run. The staff is kind and responsive, and the Executive Director, Lyndee, goes above and beyond to support the residents, families.
I just toured Oakmont of Carmichael today and I was very impressed. I found the community staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. This community has beautiful courtyards in both assisted and memory care. The memory care appeared safe and engaging . During my tour of memory care all the residents were participating in a live fitness program. This community is warm , welcoming and spacious. This will be my top choice for my family member.
