Their wonderful optician (Linda) explained to me that there are two types of people: “our patients,” and, “you internet people.” The place is beautiful, and everyone else was really nice! Such a shame. Took my frames (and my dollars) to America’s Best.
I love the eye specialists at Oakmont. I've always had good experiences until today. I called in to reschedule my appointment because I was unable to drive due to being dizzy. I can't hear and hearing roaring sound from fluid in my ears. The lady told me I was being charged $40 for not giving a 24 hour notice. I understand that but I didn't know yesterday I was going to be unable to drive.
