I had Oakman Construction do several parts of remodel in NW Rochester, including a bathroom, several windows, walls and ceilings, and kitchen counters and tiling, and their work was sound, timely and cost-effective. Definitely recommend.

Dan and Mark were hired to do our windows. I have to be honest, I don't think I have ever seen passion for one's work more than with these guys. I really appreciated their attention to detail and taking their time to do everything the correct way (the way we wish our old windows would have been installed). We had our deck replaced by Oakman Construction July, 2023. We were happy with the look of the deck and the work done at the time. A few months later we noted a minor issue with the work done. We contacted Michael, as he stated there was a 1 year warranty on the work completed. He told us he would send someone out to look at the issue. It has been almost 3 months since he told us he would send someone out and the issue has still not been addressed. Mike and his hard working team did a great job on our deck and support footings. They provided a competitive estimate, excellent work ethic, delivered on the promised date, provided a lovely deck. We are happy and would highly recommend.
