Bought a Mini One from Kully for my daughter.. her previous Mini was written off by a truck driver on the M6 and Kully helped us with a valuation of the old car enabling us to quickly accept the insurance offer (they were within £20 of each other!). We had a minor issue after a week or so with the battery when we noticed start/stop wasn’t! Kully *promptly* arranged a replacement and the car has been great since. Recently brought a mini countryman from kully He was very helpful when we went to look at the mini for the first time he took the misses for a drive then even took myself for a second drive was very relaxed not trying to push for a sale making sure it was the right car for us.i put a deposit down once I got back and he even played along with my prank to tell the misses it wasn't the right one.1 week later I collected the car to surprise the misses thanks for the extras the misses loved it. We bought a Mini Countryman JCW from Kully. The purchase experience was a pleasure with no pressure at all. The car was well presented for collection. The car did unfortunately developed a small issue but communication with Kully was easy, and helps supportive throughout until the issue was resolved. I would buy from Oak Lodge again.
So pleased with my Mini and the service and attention from Kully at Oaklodge Cars. The entire experience from first seeing the advert and the prompt communication, travelling to see and test drive the car and the handover were really great. The presentation of the car was perfect and Kully spent all the time we needed discussing the car. Without any doubt we will recommend Oaklodge Cars and will certainly return if we ever need any cars in the future. Thank you for making this whole experience special.
Can't recommend this place highly enough, pleasure to deal with. Kully is a gent, honest and genuine, can tell he takes pride in his job. You won't go wrong. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again but think this Jag is a keeper!!
