It is the principle at Kenaston mgr’s attitude— in collusion with her family member employees’ and their misrepresentations, mischaracterizations of my requests & repeated attempts to reason with them following their refusal to provide basic standard of service annual optometrist appointments as a single visit rather than two (which never before was I forced to do).
