Had a mystery with four outlets malfunctioning, and Steven chased down the problem step by step - he found the solution, made everything right, and did it all very professionally. Very good experience - felt very confident with Oakley
Arrived on time (8 am), Came ready to do all the necessary work. Took the extra time to ensure that I was satisfied with the work before he left.

Robert was efficient, friendly and did the work he said needed to be done. We were pleased to have him working on this job.
Quick. Excellent customer service. They did the job & there was a little issue and they came out next day (Sat) to resolve the problem--I told them to come out the following week as it wasn't urgent but they were insistent on fixing right away.
