Quick. Excellent customer service. They did the job & there was a little issue and they came out next day (Sat) to resolve the problem--I told them to come out the following week as it wasn't urgent but they were insistent on fixing right away.

Hired Them To Put Check Out The Problem That I Was Having Tripping Circuit Breakers. I Also Had Them Install (3) 3 gang J-Boxes W/Outlets On Existing Circuits.They Didn't Have The Parts On The Truck So The Electician Had To Go Back To The Shop To See If They Had The Parts There.He Returned To Tell Us They Didn't have The Parts and They Would Have To Order Them.This All Took Place On Monday Dec.7,2015.The Electician Was Suppose To Come Back On Tuesday Dec.8,2015 To Bring The Parts To Finish The Job Up,The Electrican Couln't C... read more
I'd have to say I was pleasantly surprised to see them arrive on time precisely. Robert And Adrian, were very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Came in fixed a wiring problem I created without hesitation. Awesome. They will be our only electricians we will call. Oakley Electric, is the best for sure.

Needed Breaker Box Grounded after having the house re-plumbed and needed the wiring on the hot tub checked out. Electrician was on time and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again.

They took on an exceptional situation of inspecting and obtaining permits. The response was very quick and the working electrician was knowledgeable and very helpful. However, the city inspector required certain wording on the permit, the owner of Oakley Electric left town for a week and my job was put on hold. The city inspector went ahead and put notes on the permit so my job could be completed, after I had waited out the week. There was a lot of miscommunication.
I appreciate how quickly they responded to my request and the fact that they were able to get to the job within 2 days!
