After some schduling conflicts they Came out and fixed one outlet and told me some others were dead, was there less then an hour and charged 178.00, If felt like I was being fit in and rushed.
All requests completed well and timely.
Had a mystery with four outlets malfunctioning, and Steven chased down the problem step by step - he found the solution, made everything right, and did it all very professionally. Very good experience - felt very confident with Oakley
