Dr Martinova is the best doctor I’ve had. She has kind and patient with great bedside manner. Always felt listened to and cared for during consults.
Dr Martynova genuinely cares about her patients, hence the waiting times. The ladies at the reception are always respectful and very professional.
Dr Martynova is a very caring doctor and who has been looking after my family for the last 8 years. Sometimes she does run late but it's only because she is very thorough with her patients.
Appalling service. If you are trying to find a caring GP for your elderly parents, stay away from them! My elderly mum made appointment with them twice to see Dr Lioudmila ( one time with my help on the phone and another time while in the clinic)- and just to be extra sure I told them to text me the day before so I could confirm appointment the day before ( which I did)... both times on the day of the appointments we were told there was no appointment ever made and told my elderly mum its all her fault (disrespectfully sugge... read more
