I have had a couple serious issues over the past 4 plus years , an electrical short In my bathroom wall , it took a week to be addressed , due to the incompetence of the maintenance man on call . Old blond lady with sunk in eyes at front desk went from being kind to an elderly man to flipping the switch and belittling me in a matter of seconds because I accidentally stopped in the wrong office. I politely asked where I needed to go and she snidely said "the office." I asked where that's located and she said "you received all kinds of paperwork about it."
