Oak leaf Property Management Manages the building where I reside . I have had a couple serious issues over the past 4 plus years , an electrical short In my bathroom wall , it took a week to be addressed , due to the incompetence of the maintenance man on call . Old blond lady with sunk in eyes at front desk went from being kind to an elderly man to flipping the switch and belittling me in a matter of seconds because I accidentally stopped in the wrong office. I politely asked where I needed to go and she snidely said "the office." I asked where that's located and she said "you received all kinds of paperwork about it." Very bad management they don’t care anything I don’t understand day dealing with the hot the housing they divorce management I ever see it today does six stays over there we have no hot water and most of the. People here all disables an elderly and nobody knows nobody cares about the hot water business I’m urging everybody stay away from this company very bad very Terrible management they don’t even call or Delano and inform us what’s going on with the hot water and everything else just stay away
